What support do I provide?
Understanding and developing trust
Executive function describes a set of cognitive processes and skills that help people plan and successfully carry out their goals. They can be larger goals such as moving house, or smaller goals such as remembering to brush your teeth twice a day. People with executive function differences may struggle to make decisions, may lose things frequently or struggle to keep their belongings in order, and may struggle to start and finish tasks.
